Self-Modulating Technology: The HomeAdvantage II series includes an integrated on-board computer that ensures that the electricity used for heating water amounts only to what's needed. This helpful feature helps eliminate harmful temperature spikes when the flow rate is increased or decreased, since the computer is constantly calculating the incoming water temperature and flow rate to determine the power output needed to achieve the desired temperature
