Processing & Handling
To ensure every luxury fixture meets our quality standards, To ensure every order is fulfilled correctly, all orders are verified and carefully packaged at our Indianapolis facility. Please allow up to 5 business days for handling before your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Freight Shipping (Oversized Items): For oversized items (tubs, ranges, etc.) requiring Freight Shipping, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.

CRITICAL: Freight Delivery Inspection
For all freight deliveries, you must inspect the item for visual damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Open and inspect the item immediately in the presence of the driver.
If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment.
Once a delivery receipt is signed "clear," we may not be able to file a damage claim with the carrier.

Signature Requirement
To protect your investment, all high-value items require an adult signature upon delivery.

Damages & Contact
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@millionhome.store with photos of the packaging and product.
