Why Our Prices Are Lower Than Retail

What "Unused Overstock" Means

Every item we sell is unused and never installed. These are not returns, not refurbished, and not damaged goods. They are brand-new products that sat in a Ferguson warehouse or showroom. The item itself is in excellent condition. However, original packaging — the box — may show cosmetic wear from warehouse handling: dents, scuffs, or shelf dust. The product inside is always intact.

Our Inspection Guarantee

Before any order ships, we inspect every item. We check for completeness, functionality, and condition. If something doesn't meet our standards, we don't ship it. We also offer pre-shipping photos — just ask after placing your order and we will photograph your item before it leaves our hands.

Original manufacturer warranties may or may not apply depending on the brand and product. Many brands like Moen honor warranties regardless of purchase source — others may not. If manufacturer warranty coverage is important to you, we recommend confirming with the brand directly or purchasing through an authorized dealer.
